The product is garbage and the customer service is worse. Ozark Trail makes dozens of tents and shelters for campers, beachgoers and backyard loungers alike. If you’re trying to put together the 10-by-13-foot or 12-by-14-foot model, the same instructions will apply.
Remember that the main entrance is through the screen room door and then through the double tent door. After setting it up, it seems to me folks just don’t know how to exercise a little common sense and patience. The overall construction is about what you expect for the price.
Keep this in mind as you choose what matters more to you when choosing a screen tent. Here is a list of the best screen tents and what makes them different ozark trail chairs from each other so you can choose the right one for you. The gear organizer is a nice addition here, and you also have an electrical cord access port.
This one even comes equipped with two doors for easy access, creating a feeling of a “front” and “back” door in its 6 total sides. The mesh walls are removable so you can have the option of increasing airflow. There are also some advantages to this heavier model.
It seems like I am the second person to review this product, and the second one to give it a 1 Star rating. Goes together well, but as soon as we got a little shower…. Total collapse, hubs (2) shattered and two sets of poles completely destroyed. Not sure if I should order replacement parts or not, maybe I should just consider this a waste of money, and cut my losses while I can.
The Ozark Trail Screen House is 13 feet long and nine feet wide, with a standing space that tops out at seven feet high. The tent fabric roof provides shade for 46 square feet of the room. The Screen House is spacious enough for six people, or more around a folding table in an uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic shelter.
