I set up the tent by myself in a few minutes. There are all hooks, that you hook into the poles, ozark trail instant canopy so it is quick, but not the most secure. You could probably do it in the dark, if you had to.
The included carrying bag does not have wheels to aid in transportation, but at only 29 lbs. We don’t find that to be a noteworthy drawback as the nylon handles and shoulder strap work just fine in carrying the tent. The Ozark Trail canopy very well might be one of the best selling 10×10 tent brands of all time. The easily recognizable logo has been seen by nearly everyone at youth soccer tournaments or beach vacations in recent years. One thing we love about Ozark Trail canopy tents are the accessories that can be added to the shelters.
We put a small table and cooking supplies under the sun shade and this worked out nicely. Overall, I started out the trip happy with my purchase. The sun shield was a success considering the $50 price point.
I don’t see why you would spend more money on the more expensive sun shades, when the Ozark Trail did such a great job. We also plan on using this at football games in the fall. It’s often raining and it seems like this will also make a great shelter out of the rain. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it beats sitting in the actual rain trying to control an umbrella. It kept anyone out of the sun who chose to be that day.
This will be coming with us to the beach and any sporting outings where we will be exposed to the weather. First off, this is an affordable solution for a sun shelter. It’s not jam packed with all the bells and ozark trail sun shade whistles that some of the other sun shades have, but the price was right, and it’s more than serving it’s purpose. I go out to the rural part of the state where it is hot and dry. While this is amazing for evenings around the camp fire, the day time in the sun can be brutal. I can’t handle a full weekend in this type of condition. So I spent the last year looking for a budget friendly sun shade.

My other complaint was the height of the structure. Why not add a little extra height to make it more comfortable?
