We will definitely stick to mountain biking with his Trailcraft, but I am excited to get my son out on some decent snow rides. Really, this frame is most likely a back up bike for a family of enthusiasts that want their child to join the fat biking they do in the winter. While the Mongoose Argus Trail is trail worthy, there are other bikes that do trail riding better. Still making bikes today, they have seen it all thru the years. Obviously, the cost to ship to these states/countries isn’t cheap, but these bikes are affordably priced even with the cost to ship to these locations. These bikes surpassed my expectation, and did amazing on all points. The bike carried my body weight well, did not flex, and is durable. This bike will outlast my son’s use because of it’s strength and componentry. My son moved downhill pretty quick, but not as rapidly as on his Trailcraft. He managed to get through the rocky, technical sections of our local test run and did have a smile on his face.
Mongoose has the right mountain bike, whether you’re tackling technical terrain or exploring with the family. If used within its design and limits, Mongoose offers very good mongoose dirt bike bicycles. A buyer simply has to be aware of those limits, and for their own purposes, select the proper Mongoose bicycle whether it is for commuting or energetic cycling.

If the diameter is 44mm then Cane Creek does make a headset to adapt a tapered fork to the headtube. We bought our bikes a P6 and a EX6 three weeks ago they arrived in just three days. Right before we left for a weeklong trip to the Grand Canyon. There’s a multitude of trails and paths throughout the area.
