Sales Tax is not charged by Matthews Auctioneers on any Titled vehicles. The buyer is responsible for paying sales tax on titled vehicles at the state DMV. All items can be inspected in-person (and you are encouraged to do so) prior to bidding. If you can’t inspect, you can enjoy return protection by either using Buyers Assurance or becoming a Premium Buyers Club member. All items must be picked up on Saturday from 9-2 pm or Monday from 9-5. Any item not removed after 7 days will be considered abandoned.

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer’s premium.
