It’s a mess of cheap parts masquerading as a bicycle. Poorly designed suspension, with a shock that would make Newton cringe (see Newton’s Third Law). It has a drivetrain that many bikes shops simply won’t touch. They’re not snobs, they just know that no amount of time or skill will make loose and sloppy components work well. When it comes to pricing, like all of Decathlon’s e-bikes, the Van Rysel E-EDR AF Apex is priced lower than its competition at 2,800 euros, or about $3,080 USD. With the new model, Decathlon hopes to attract performance-oriented riders looking to get in on the e-bike fun.
On the performance side of the equation, the Van Rysel E-EDR AF Apex is packing some pretty impressive technology. It’s propelled by the Mahle genesis mountain bike X35 rear hub motor complete with three assistance settings. It keeps riders informed of all ride stats by way of the BC900 GPS computer.
Sonder is a perennially popular brand with you lot so we thought we’d just slap up a quickie about its new Sedona gravel bike, Prima road bike and its first… People like to trash talk this inexpensive bike, but i have owned one for 2 years, and short of buying a more comfy seat, have had no problems with. I ride mostly dirt and gravel backroads and trails in oregon. I figure if it does break, i can shell out another hundred fifty for a new one rather than several hundred to repair a thousand dollar bike.

The result is a typical cornerless aero pod, but with enough Genesis signifiers that it won’t get lost in the crowd. The GV60 powertrains deliver up to 483 horsepower and 294 miles per charge. Given the lack of functionality of the Genesis V2100’s rear suspension, this actually makes a lot more sense.
