The Pro XXL frame was the right length for me but there was a significant difference in the handlebar, stem and crank sizes compared to what I use. Sure I could have changed a few parts around but instead I passed it off to bmxultra.com team pilot and BMX guru Paul Knox. He was very interested, not only as a complete bike, but also as an OS20 conversion.
Since Mongoose only offered these bikes in the continental USA they have been working hard to find a way for people in Canada, Alaska/Hawaii, Mexico, UK, ect, to get their hands on them and that’s where we come in. The Mongoose Title Elite is a great place to start with plenty of potential. The Mongoose Legion L60 Bike is a good entry level BMX bike for someone on the slightly taller side. The main difference between the two is the way the bike performs when going backwards.

Priced between £400 and £800 these are not quite the high-end steeds you see at national level races, but they all feature lightweight aluminium frames and are designed specifically with the racetrack in mind. Our range of entry level race bikes are perfect for first time racers, usually priced between £200 and £400 most of these are constructed of heavier steel rather than aluminium. These are great to get a feel for the sport but would not be able to keep up in a competitive environment.
