Ozark Trail 7-Person 2-in-1 Screen House Connect Tent with 2 Doors, Canopy Sold Separately

Also, one of the parts broke before using it one time. I have been trying to replace it ever since I lost it in a wind storm. I put it up in my yard for my now wife’s bridal shower. I had it spiked down and secured really good. It looked wonderful in the yard so I decided to leave it for a while.

The were never opened by the seller. We have only been using one since. After a pretty bad storm at the beach, a few of the poles broke…so we are moving onto the next new one and selling the first for parts.

I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in.

Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts. I have lost the instructions and the list of parts to the Screen House. I was wondering if anyone can email me the instructions and List of parts.

I have purchased outdoor sporting goods from Coleman and they not only have much better products, but they stand behind what they sell. After setting it up, it seems to me folks just don’t know how to ozark trail screen house exercise a little common sense and patience. The overall construction is about what you expect for the price. Got one of these out of a storage unit at auction. Obviously used, but in good shape.

To make matters worse, sometimes I’m so ashamed of the purchase that I can’t even bring myself to return it. Find the best hiking/camping product for your next outdoor adventure using our independent reviews and ratings. Trailspace’s community of gear reviewers has field-tested and rated the top tents and shelters. My experience with Ozark Trail equipment has been to reinforce the old adage “you get what you pay for”. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one.

Without instructions, it took me about 30 minutes to put it together and get it erected, by myself. Just had to comment after reading these old reviews of folks who couldn’t seem to set it up without either A. Hard to set up for one person. It take 2 people at least to set this screen house up. This model has been discontinued and I only need two parts to fix it. No information on where I can get replacement parts.

No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse. This is totaly wrong that a company doesn’t keep parts in stock. I was told to try and return it to the place I purchased ozark trail chairs it or wait the 4-6 weeks. Well I’m a camper and I intend to use this weekly. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them.

I hate to say it but this thing is a piece of JUNK. I could not even get the top frame together with out it either bending the poles or coming apart. The screen tent came with missing and broken parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket.
