It has a 10 year warranty, but when I called customer service they said this doesn’t fall under the warranty and they won’t do anything about it. Really why is this company making there coustumers fool buy giving them 3 year warranty. I m very disappointed and suggest not to ever buy any stuff from this brand. This reviewer doesn’t even think it warrants one star. We american tourister carry on bought a bright yellow hard shell suitcase from Tesco. Came through Belfast International into Manchester and we were left with half of one zip keeping the bag closed. So for the return journey ( we are still on holiday).
