On the return journey of second trip the suitcase was open at baggage reclaim. The zip was open and side of the case was sliced open ever so slightly. I am frequently traveller and certainly this was totally unexpected. I will make arrangements to return this suitcase but I expect a better product if I am to maintain any trust in American Tourister. American Tourister makes many different sizes in full-size suitcases. One large option measures 30 inches by 19.5 inches by 13.2 inches, while an even larger option has overall dimensions of 32.5 inches by 23 inches by 14.25 inches.
I got in touch with customer services expecting them to rectify the problem and they have obstructed at every turn before finally saying it was my fault. Wish I had read these reviews instead of the ‘best buys’. Complained and have heard nothing from the company for almost a month. Called company and was told they do not have replacement part.
