We recommend noting down your frame number (located on the underside of the Bottom Bracket) and using one of the many online services available. We may be able to supply a digital file of the decal you need but you will need to prove you own the bike. The best way to test-ride a Genesis is to contact your local Genesis dealer.

It’s really hard to give safe genesis mountain bike and accurate technical advice over the internet! We’d always advise going to your local Genesis dealer, where they can see the bike and diagnose any technical or mechanical issues that you’re having with your bike. If you have a warranty claim, they can handle that too.

Genesis was hired to help create a brand visual language to help tie the products into a cohesive whole in the global marketplace. Finding the center of the brand design was based on our uncovering the “truth in materials” position.
Genesis bikes became renowned for their use of steel tubing and ethos for function over form. The first Genesis bike was produced under the Ridgeback brand as the Day One model in 2001. Due to its popularity, Genesis became a label in its own right in 2006. With so many different variables this is an impossible question for us to answer properly!
