All our bikes are designed at our HQ in Milton Keynes but we’re extremely proud to be able to use some expert workshops in Vietnam and Indonesia for production. All our frames are put together by hand in batches and then assembled before being shipped over to our warehouse. The Genesis warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to improper assembly or improper & infrequent follow-up maintenance. Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold may also void the warranty. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered along with labour charges for part replacements or changeovers. Any item returned and approved as a defective item will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Genesis.

We’d always advise going to your local Genesis dealer, where they can see the bike and diagnose any technical or mechanical issues that you’re having with your bike. Point it downwards and speeds soon pick up, the Core has a tendency to encourage an attacking riding style but it is worth remembering that the bike is equipped with 120mm up front and can get out of its depth if you try to blunder through rather than use finesse.
