It doesn’t matter what you’re riding – cargo bikes or gravel – Mongoose has all the bikes you need to get where you need to go. If somebody is looking for an inexpensive bike to ride occasionally or wants a second bike on which to do stunts, they are probably suitable for that person.
Everything was very well organized and the stops and accommodations were very enjoyable. Gavin made suggestions for additional outings on some of our ” free days” and some of those ended up being some of the most memorable experiences. One day just wasn’t enough to enjoy the view and the amenities but both resorts just took your breath away. My favorite, had to be the pride inn. Our Gate 1 adventure to Namibia was excellent. We enjoyed the people of Namibia, the culture, locations, scenery and variety of animals and reptiles. The bus driver and Tour Manager (TM) were both exceptional. The TM conveyed informative, helpful, and totally clear and positive information on Namibia throughout our trip. It was an amazing and enjoyable adventure that we truly loved.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
There are many reasons why it was great, most of all was our tour director, Renier. He was a delight, went above and beyond what I and others would have expected. He was knowledgeable, conversant, and just a wonderful human being. Additionally, we had a very cohesive group of 36 people, and we bonded well.

We had several “National Geographic” moments, including a mother lion with 3 cubs, who was in the process of moving her family to a drier setting. We were able to watch her carry the smallest kitten (approximately 3 weeks old!), and see the other cubs follow her in the grass.
