This means we will special order the items from our supplier mongoose dirt bike which usually leaves within 7 days.
Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to any Leisure Lakes Bikes store not just the one you made your purchase at, including those made online. The item must be returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and with a valid receipt/delivery note. Mainly because I am aging mountain biker and that’s a gear we slip into very easily. But partly because riding this bike did have me experiencing a strange kind of ‘muscle memory’.

Which is not so much a criticism, it’s more of an observation of the way things inherently are on playbikes like these. It’s certainly reminded me to stay off the brakes (unless/until you really have to use them) and to get more over – and lower down – at the front of the bike. As terrifying as it may be at first, you really cannot ride this bike without being really over the front tyre’s contact patch. We operate a 365-day return policy so that you can purchase with complete peace of mind. Most bikes and accessories are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty but please be aware that there are faults/issues that are NOT covered by your warranty. If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.
The only things that would be notably different would be the tyres (larger volume and knobblier), fork (more travel) and seatpost (much, much longer). Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE. If you have received items that are faulty please send them back to us using the steps above. Please include a covering letter describing the fault and if you would like the item replacing or refunding. Once the item arrives back at our Mail Order Centre you will receive an email notifying you about the progress. Faulty items are then forwarded onto the suppliers to confirm the warranty issue. Please be patient with us as we need to receive this confirmation from the suppliers before we can process your request for a replacement/refund.
This means the item is In stock at our warehouse location and items will be despatched by us in 2-6 working days. This means the item is In-stock and ready to leave the Waller BMX store the same day if ordered in business hours. All Custom Builds and ‘Made to Order’ items require a 20% deposit on order, with the balance payable at pick-up/delivery and are, unless faulty, non-refundable. When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not brought into our store.
