One mad idea often begets another, and that is how this $34.95 purchase came about. As I’ve mentioned elsewhere in the blog, I’m getting married in Joshua Tree on August 2nd, outdoors. It occurred to me that ozark trail sleeping bag if I insist on inviting people into a blazing Mojave inferno in the height of the summer it would be polite to provide some shade. Shade can be a matter of survival there if you’re outside at midday.
I could not even get the top frame together with out it either bending the poles or coming apart. The screen tent came with missing and broken parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution.
This is one of those products where the instructions are basically a complete fantasy. They make one false unstated assumption after another. And even then, they’re not simple. What you wind up with is a web of pipes and plastic pieces that falls apart at one end as you assemble the other.
After setting it up, it seems to me folks just don’t know how to exercise a little common sense and patience. The overall construction is about what you expect for the price. Got one ozark trail sleeping bag of these out of a storage unit at auction. Obviously used, but in good shape. Without instructions, it took me about 30 minutes to put it together and get it erected, by myself.
It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone point me to the person please. We’ve also put together a handy buyer’s guide down at the bottom as a resource for shoppers ozark trail sun shelter who are new to the Ozark Trail brand, so make sure to check it out. There you’ll find all the info you could ever want on the materials, build quality, and weather-worthiness of these affordable tents.
Now unable to get all the parts I need to make it worth repairing. We bought this screen house at an auction for $5. Great for our buffet line for family camping. Sadly it blew over over in a storm last night breaking two corner pieces and the middle X broke. We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. It is of poor design, in that this could be avoided using 2 more yellow, curved roof poles which would not allow the rain to puddle on the roof.
